    Both your assets will be one estate after the date of marriage. Both partners need to sign
    all legal documents at all times. If there is debt it will fall on both the partners meaning
    if your spouse like to swipe the credit card and he /she pass away you will automatically
    inherit the debt as well or when getting divorced you will most properly divide the debt as well.

    An Antenuptial agreement must be signed before date of marriage and before an Notary /Attorney.
    No need for both partners to sign contract for your credit card – your credit card, your debt
    The assets that you purchase / gained before and after marriage will stay your assets.
    Your assets /profit / debt will be your estate and not of your partner.
    Once married the estate of your spouse will be his estate and your estate will be yours alone,
    so to place it into perspective there will still be two estates ones you signed the contract.

Definition

Antenuptial agreement (prenuptial agreement) is a written contract between two people who are about to get married, setting out the terms of possession of assets, treatment of future earnings, control of the property of each, and potential division if the marriage is later dissolved.
